Turnaround times for our full colour plastic cards
This page applies to our Full Colour Plastic Cards, Membership Cards, Loyalty Cards and Key Tags
We aim to email a realistic proof to you the same working day, if we receive all the details regarding your requirements in the morning, if not a realistic proof will be emailed to you the following day.
In most cases, if you supply artwork to the correct specification a realistic proof is emailed to you within an hour.
If you want any changes to your artwork, we aim to email a new realistic proof within 24 hours.
Working days are Monday to Friday (9.30am to 5pm) and exclude bank holidays.
For our full colour plastic cards (excluding the special offer), full colour plastic membership or loyalty cards, once you have approved the realistic proof that we email to you, we then proceed to print an actual card and post it to you for final approval.
It normally takes us around 3 working days for us to print and then dispatch your postal proof.
For example, if you approve your realistic email proof at 12 noon on a Monday afternoon, we aim to post an actual card to you for final approval in around 3 working days, which means we aim to dispatch this to you on Thursday and you should receive it on Friday.
If you received it on Friday morning and then approved it so we can proceed to print your whole order, we aim to print and dispatch your whole order in around 5 working days, which means we aim to dispatch your whole order on the following Friday for delivery by courier on the next working day which would be Monday.
Any turnaround times quoted for the printing of the cards are approximate and start from when you have either:
1. Approved the postal proof
or
2. Approved the email proof and declined the postal proof by agreeing to our postal proof decline statement found here.
If you are in a rush for your cards and we are creating your artwork for you then you need to factor the time it takes to create your design and for you to approve it on top of the turnaround time for the printing of the cards.
Sometimes, the only way we are able to meet a customers deadline is if our express order service is selected, please ask for details.
How fast can we print and dispatch your cards?
How fast we can print and dispatch your cards depends on:
1. You adhering to deadlines set. For example, if we need your print ready artwork emailing to us (to the correct specification) by 12 noon and you fail to do this then it will affect the turnaround time of your order.
2. Whether we are printing from artwork that you supply (to the correct specifications) or whether we also have to spend time creating your design or spend time fixing technical issues with your 'print ready' artwork.
3. How quickly you approve the realistic proof that we email to you. For example, if you delay approving it by 2 working days then this will affect your turnaround time.
Likewise, if you need to submit new artwork or if we are creating your card design and you require changes, this will also affect your turnaround time.
4. How quickly you approve the postal proof that we post to you. For example, if you delay approving it by 2 working days then this will affect your turnaround time.
Likewise, if you need to submit new artwork or if we are creating your card design and you require changes, this will also affect your turnaround time.
